General Terms and Conditions

Purchasing an EcoRug

To purchase any of the products illustrated simply add to shopping basket and proceed to checkout.  Once order received you will receive a confirmation email which you need to carefully check and in the event of an error you must contact us within 24 hours to make an amendment to the order.

All products providing they are in stock are delivered direct to you door 3-5 working days from date of order, on a signed for delivery for a one off cost of £7.95

Should any of the products be out of stock we will contact you either by email or telephone and you will have the option to cancel or change your order.

Delivery

In the unlikely event that your rug is delivered damaged, this must be reported immediately and signed for as damaged.  We can then arrange for collection of the damaged goods and a replacement to be made.  Alternatively if you so wish we can arrange for a full refund.  If goods cannot be checked upon delivery please sign for as being 'not checked' and any damages must be reported to us as soon as possible.  You will again be given either an exchange or full refund.  We can arrange collection of damaged rugs but these must be packaged as they were on receipt.

Returns

We cannot offer an exchange or refund unless rugs are faulty or damaged.
